Problem:

Cause: The Android SDK environment variables are not configured properly

Workaround:
(1) switch to the tools directory under the Android SDK, then run the Android command to launch the Android SDK manager, my Android SDK directory is C:\Users\canfly\AppData\Local\Android\ Sdk.
(2) Configuring the Android SDK environment variables
The first step is to create the ANDROID_HOME environment variable in the system variable, the value of which is the Android SDK directory;
In the second step, add the%android_home%\tools to the path variable, noting that the ";" Added later without deleting the previously existing path.

Both approaches are feasible and a second approach is recommended for convenience.
