Packing times the following error:

Export aborted because fatal lint errors were found. These is listed in the Lint View. Either fix these before running Export again,or turn off "Run Full error check when exporting app" in the Android > Lint Error Checking Preference page.

Workaround:

Select item → right click →Properties

The following action.

Go back to Project right click to select Android Tools->clean Lint markers, and wait for the project to finish its own update.
Then you can pack it up.
