Android studio resolves Gradle DSL method not found: ' Android () '

The recent project to import as has had this problem

This problem troubled me for a long time, well, search for a half-day all is Runproguard, finally found the solution on the StackOverflow:

Workaround :

Erase the outermost build.gradle.

{    compileSdkVersion 19    buildToolsVersion ‘21.1.1‘}

And then re-refresh it ok.
