1, open the browser

2. Enter the address Http://eservice.mediatek.com/eservice-portal/login

3. Enter the user name, password

4. Titus EService

5. Click Add Files, select File, point upload

If the log is larger than 100M can be separated, but not very good apart, you need to use the large File Upload tool Fex

1. Open the browser

2. Enter MTK Online address: https://sso.mediatek.com/eai/Login.aspx

3. Enter the user name, password

4. After successful login, click MediaTek Online in the top left corner to enter the menu interface

5. Find a menu called Fex Taiwan, click Enter

6. Click Upload Files in the list menu on the left.

7. In to the right to fill in the MTK email:[email protected]

8. Fill in the subject description

9. Click the "+" number below, select the local file to upload, preferably in the form of a compressed package

10. Click Send

11. Wait for the upload to succeed, then click Upload History on the left

12. Find the subject that you uploaded and click More

13. Copy the following download ID

14. Paste the download ID into the add comment or Fex ID in eservice and inform MTK about the log has been uploaded
