QuickTime Recording
We found the QuickTime Player open in Launchpad.
Select File –> New screen recording
This small recording tool will appear, click the red dots in the middle to start capturing some of the screen you need to record.
When you're done, click Start Recording to record.
Click the mark in the top right corner to stop recording
Record iphone Screen

Recording video to GIF
QuickTime is recording a video file, not a GIF, to get a GIF motion diagram we also need the above mentioned gifbrewery, click here to download.
Open it and select the video file we just recorded to open
Drag the progress bar to the bottom of the set start and set end to set the start and end position of the GIF.
Select GIF Properties to remove the tick of the custom Frame Count and delay, which will make it clearer.
Click Create GIF in the top right corner to create the GIF file and you are done. The effect is as follows.
