Today we animate the way Word menu commands are added and deleted.
Word menu integrates all the functions of Word, we can customize the menu, to streamline the command, reasonable configuration, improve the efficiency of the work.
Operation Steps:
1. "Tools" → "Custom", open the Customize dialog box.
2. Click to open the menu you want to customize, which is an action on the Edit menu.
3. Remove the commands from the menu by dragging them away.
4. Switch to the Command tab and choose to drag the commonly used edit Class command to add it to the Edit menu.
5. Select which file (template or current document) you want to save this change in.
6. Close the dialog box.
Tip: If you want to revert to the original configuration of the menu, click the Rearrange Command ... button on the Commands tab, and then set it in sequence.
