Another solution to Oracle's oracledbconsole failure

Open the project in my virtual machine this morning to prepare and check. As a result, the dbconsole service of Oracle cannot be started. There are many examples on the Internet. I tried and did not solve the problem. I tried Oracle Database Configuration assistant to reconfigure the database. After the configuration is complete, check that the dbconsole service has been started. 1. the oracledbconsole [Sid] Service is responsible for starting the Oracle Enterprise Manager on the Windows platform and introducing this service from Oracle 10 Gb. It also starts from Oracle 10 Gb, oracle Enterprise Manager changes from the client to the browser operation mode. Here, [Sid] is the Oracle SID. If it is installed by default, it is orcl, therefore, this service may be oracledbconsoleorcl summary on your machine: because the machine is on the Intranet, the router is set to force DHCP to assign IP addresses, although the IP addresses set each time are the same (192.168.1.103 in my address), the service fails to be started due to the reasons for the setting. 2. oracle's oracledbconsole [Sid] service is very fragile. It cannot be started after the computer is restarted without any misoperation. However, everyone must be calm, think more, and there are always ways to do it. Do not reinstall it. We recommend that you restart the system before, stop the oracledbconsole [Sid] service, listener service, and database service manually.
