3, then came to the System Settings page, under which we can see "Market refresh Frequency" set a column, the software default is 15 seconds, as shown in the following figure:

4, and then we click on the "Market refresh rate", there is a: 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds and set to not refresh, this specific how long we choose the appropriate for their own:

If you don't see it, we can use it for 1 minutes, and if you pay attention in real time, it's better to be 5 seconds.
