Apache and Redmine integration-using passenger

1. Modifications Redmine Operating Parameters

vim/var/www/html/redmine/config/environment.rb ( Add the following )

env[' rails_env ' | | = ' Production '

2. Renaming a CGI file

Cd/var/www/html/redmine/public

Mvdispatch.fcgi.example dispatch.fcgi

Mvhtaccess.fcgi.example htaccess.fcgi

3. Install passenger ( use gem to install )

Gem Install passenger

4. install the passenger Apache module ( ensure httpd-devel installation )

Dependency Packages: Yum Install libcurl*

Passenger-install-apache2-module

5. Configure Apache

Installation Complete passenger will be prompted to put this passage vim/etc/httpd/conf.d/passenger.conf in

6. Create a redmine CGI Soft link to the Apache root directory

Ln-s/mnt/redmine/public//var/www/html/redmine

remember to make sure /public specified to /var/www/html/redmine does not specify the entire Redmine

vim/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf (Add the following content)

Railsenv Production

Railsbaseuri/redmine

<directory "/var/www/html/redmine" >

Optionsindexes multiviews followsymlinks execcgi

Orderallow,deny

Allowfrom All

AllowOverride All

7. restart Apache

[Email protected] ~]# service httpd restart

stopping httpd: [OK]

Starting httpd: [OK]

8. Browser Test access

Http://192.168.10.30/redmine
