After Ubuntu is installed in Apache, sometimes it binds to the address 127.0.1.1. Prompt message:
Apache2:could not reliably determine the server ' s fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
In fact, as long as it is 127. The beginning of the same, are the loopback address. You have access to the local 127.*. But it always looks bad,

Workaround:
sudo gedit/etc/apache2/apache2.conf

At the back of the file, add:
#Server Name
ServerName 127.0.0.1
