Introduction of MHT Documents
The MHTML file is also called an aggregation HTML document, Web archive, or a single file Web page. A single File Web page saves all elements of a Web site, including text and graphics, to a single file. This encapsulation allows you to publish an entire Web site as a single set of standard inline MIME (MIME: Multimedia resources are delivered over an Internet connection). A MIME type notifies an aggregated HTML document (MHTML) file of content (such as graphics, sounds, or video) contained by a program object, or sends an entire Web site as an e-mail message or attachment. Internet Explorer version 4.0 and later supports this format.
Two, Apache support MHT file solution
Problem reason: The ppt file saved as a single page mht type file, directly using IE to open the type of file is no problem. After you put it on the server (Apache), you embed the file with an IFRAME, and the browser does not display correctly.
Because Apache does not support the MHT file format by default, we need to add it manually.
Open the Conf/mime.types file under the Apache installation directory and find this line
Copy Code code as follows:
message/rfc822 eml MIME
Add MHT at the back
Copy Code code as follows:
message/rfc822 eml MIME MHT
Perhaps Apache version is not the same, the content behind the message/rfc822 is different, as long as the original based on the addition of MHT can be.
After you save the file and restart Apache, it's normal to access the MHT file.
