Workaround:

Save the following to the Fixapacheerror.reg file (where red bold Apache2 is changed to an error system service name, such as "Rtx_httpserver"), Import the system registry

Fixapacheerror.reg file with the following content:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\Apache2\parameters]

"ConfigArgs" =hex (7): 00,00,00,00
