When you create an Android project, ADT automatically creates a support Library project called APPCOMPAT_V7, and then you see a lot of errors under VALUES21. I don't know the exact reason .

Problem Resolution: Use the latest API 22 for APPCOMPAT_V7, then the configuration file will be target=android-22

Then you'll see our test project OK!
