Solution 1:

The Python connection simulator is based on the following: check if the Appium software is turned on

Solution 2:

Open Control Panel > Network and internet>internet options > Connections > LAN Settings,

Proxy server, "Use proxy server for LAN" If there is a "√" point off, if there is no "√", tick.
