Method One: Modify DNS to troubleshoot problems that cannot be connected to the App Store

1. We click the settings in the Apple phone to find the wireless LAN, then we find ourselves on the right side of the Wi-Fi symbol

3. Then in DNS we click, and then enter 8.8.8.8

Method Two: Restore the network settings to resolve the failure to connect to the App Store

1. We went to the iphone desktop "settings"-"general" to find a "restore" menu click.

2. Go to "Restore network Settings" and we click on it.

3. Then in the pop-up confirmation interface, we click "Restore network Settings" as shown in the following image.
