Problem analysis

When the IPad Mini is upgraded to ios7.0.3, it cannot be used, and when connected to the other side, it is connected for a long time and automatically hangs up. This has never happened before the upgrade was done. Note FaceTime set intact.

Solutions

First, if you are sure that the settings are OK, you can try clicking Settings-General-Restore-Restore network settings, after the restoration is complete, restart your wireless router, then turn off flight mode and wait for the device to reconnect to the network.
