Application and development of GPS Beidou dual-mode technology--several basic keywords

Recently in the commissioning of the GPS Beidou dual mode, has been debugging now, the following is a few words involved.

GPS:GPS is the abbreviation for the English Global Positioning System (GPS). GPS started in 1958 with a U.S. military project, which was put into use in 1964. In the 1970s, the United States Armed Forces jointly developed a new generation of satellite positioning system GPS. The main objective is to provide real-time, 24x7 and global navigation services for the three areas of land, sea and air, and for military purposes such as intelligence gathering, nuclear explosion monitoring and emergency communications, after more than 20 years of research and experimentation costing US $30 billion, and by 1994, 24 GPS satellite constellations with a global coverage of 98% have been deployed.

NMEA protocol: To do navigation and positioning communication protocol, generally refers to the NMEA0813, it is a kind of NMEA protocol, NMEA is to establish a unified Maritime Radio Technical Committee (BTCM) standard in different GPS navigation equipment, is the International Marine Electronics Association (national Marine Electronics Association,nmea) defines the receiver output information standard. It has several key standard statements as follows:

$ GPGLL (geographic position–latitude/longitude)
$GPGSA (GPS DOP and active satellites)
$GPGSV (satellites in view) br> $GPRMC (Recommended Minimum Navigation information)
$GPVTG (track made good and Ground speed)
    Beidou: Beidou is the Beidou satellite navigation system ﹝beidou Navigation Satellite System, abbreviated Bds﹞, is a self-developed, independently operated global satellite navigation system that is being implemented in China. The goal of the system construction is: to build an independent, open and compatible, technologically advanced, stable and reliable global Beidou satellite navigation system, promote the formation of the satellite navigation industry chain, the formation of a sound national satellite navigation application industry support, promotion and security system, promote the satellite navigation in the national economy, the wide application of various industries.
