Function introduction:
Basic information management:
Maintain basic information of system operation (material information, supplier information, Warehouse Information, position information, roadway information, supply coefficient, etc.), and provide basic conditions for system operation.
Warehouse receiving management:
The data warehouse receiving service is carried out through PDA. During the data warehouse receiving process, the data warehouse receiving quantity can be adjusted based on the data warehouse receiving quantity. After adjustment, the system automatically records the data warehouse receiving materials through PDA, during the temporary collection process, material and waste can be exchanged to distinguish between positive and negative waste products. After business operations are completed in the PDA, the system automatically records data and sends tasks to the next business node, at the same time, the material inventory is updated. Warehouse receiving business includes: warehouse receiving, gift receiving, self-made warehouse receiving, and warehouse receiving.
Warehouse picking Operation Management
After material dismounting and picking are completed, the warehouse must confirm the warehouse delivery. After the Warehouse is confirmed, the materials must be handed over at the assembly shop. The above confirmation operations are performed in the implementation of PDA or PC, after confirmation, the system will confirm the information record in real time. The warehouse picking and picking business includes picking and picking materials, picking waste products, selling and picking up the warehouse, and returning to the supply business.
Inventory management:
Material Inventory check includes three methods: Random clear disk, random dark disk, and planned inventory check. The planner generates the inventory check plan, and the custodian or other users perform the inventory check through PDA, the system automatically generates the relevant report. The inventory check service is carried out in the PDA. The inventory information is collected through the PDA and submitted to the monitoring department immediately to avoid manual information tampering. PDAs are also used for inventory check, which supports non-stop online disks and real-time inventory check.
Quality control management:
The out-of-material inspection is performed through the PDA, and the out-of-stock inspection is performed through the PC. The out-of-stock inspection service can be integrated throughout the warehouse receiving process, and the out-of-stock inspection system is prohibited from warehouse receiving.
Temporary Storage zone management
The materials are temporarily received through PDA. During the temporary acceptance process, the quantity of the materials can be adjusted based on the quantity of the verification plan. After the adjustment, the system automatically records the materials, during the temporary collection process, material waste can be exchanged and the positive waste can be differentiated. After business operations are completed in the PDA, the system automatically records data and sends tasks to the next business node.
Shelving Management
Materials are mounted through PDA. The system determines whether to call the forklift or other resources based on whether the materials are attached to a disk. The warehouse manager performs mounting operations on the received materials, in this case, if there is an urgent release task for the materials, the system will direct the Warehouse Manager to the warehouse receiving area, and prohibit the materials from being mounted. After the materials are shelved, the system associates the materials information with the positions information to meet the needs of subsequent dismounting tasks.
Dismounting Management
The system automatically generates a dismounting Task Based on the warehouse picking information. The dismounting task information includes the figure number, name, supplier, quantity, batch, and position. The system checks the correctness of the information through bar code scanning. When the materials are picked to the transshipment appliance, the PDA scan is used to establish the correspondence between the materials and the transshipment appliance. For the materials that require the forklift to be removed from the shelf, the system will generate a forklift dismounting Task Based on the roadway, instruct the forklift to operate, and instruct the forklift to return the pallets after the pick-up.
Material Transfer Management
The movement of materials between different warehouses is defined as material stock-transfer. Material Stock-transfer is completed through the delivery of the source warehouse and the destination warehouse custodian through PDA, and the warehouse war. After materials are transferred, the system automatically adjusts the inventory of the source and target warehouses.
Material migration management
The moving of material positions between the same warehouse is defined as the moving of materials. The moving of materials is initiated by the custodian, and the custodian coordinates the forklift and other resources to complete business operations. The system analyzes the activity of materials based on the frequency of incoming and outgoing materials, and issues the best database migration solution through system policies to guide the database administrator to optimize the management of the stored materials through the database migration service.
