After applying for an account, click join the iPhone developer program in Figure 1.

considerations when applying for IDP (please add):
1. the address is the billing address when you apply for a credit card.
2. generally, the saler name is the name of the credit card holder
3. the money receiving card is transferred from the company to the individual, so the bank may supervise the bank. Before selecting a bank, ask clearly, don't get the money again.
