In the case where the port is not accounted for (I did not install IIS), just start the ApacheMonitor.exe in the D:\AppServ\Apache2.2\bin folder.

When landing phpMyAdmin, the general default account is: Root

Password for the password you entered when you installed it.

If Apache fails to run, eight or nine is the port occupied. At this point, you need to use Ctrl+alt+del to kill certain processes. The empty port is OK.
