Apt-get error could not get Lock/var/lib/dpkg/lock-open, etc.

When installing some packages with apt-get command, total error: E:could not get Lock/var/lib/dpkg/lock-open etc.

This problem may occur because another program is running, causing the resource to be locked out of service. The reason that the resource was locked may have been the last time that the installation was not completed properly, causing this condition to occur.

Workaround: Enter the following command to delete the appropriate path

sudo rm/var/cache/apt/archives/lock

sudo rm/var/lib/dpkg/lock

After that, install the package you want to load and you can solve it.
