Installation environment: Lenovo brand machine + win7x64 installation + arcinfo9.3.1 (the system is equipped with a new clean environment)
Step 1: Install the License Manager of 9.3.1. After the license is completed, the service cannot be started through the authorization panel. Use the method of directly starting the Windows service to start the service and prompt the service to start and stop.
Troubleshooting: Check whether the hard dog is not properly identified. Install the hard dog driver separately and the system recognizes the hard dog. Uninstall LM and then reinstall it. The problem persists after installation.
Step 2: Install the 9.3 License Manager. After the License Manager is installed, the service starts normally, but the test authorization fails. A message is displayed, indicating that the server cannot be connected and that some special software such as firewall is not installed on the server.
Troubleshooting: restart the machine, stop the service through the panel, re-read the authorization, and start the service.
