The development of a company requires its own core competitiveness, and constantly strengthen this competitiveness. Personal Development is also a truth. Everyone works in the company, you may belong to a team in a certain department in the company. What is your personal core competitiveness and what are your advantages over other members of your team, whether you can continuously strengthen your personal core competitiveness, and become an indispensable part of your team, you will naturally become the core character of the team.
This problem allows me to reflect on my future development plans. However, I am very clear about the future development direction: Software architects. For example, "architecture of life, architecture of Life", meaning: I use my architecture of life to construct my architecture of life. Haha, I just knew what to do before, but I did not seriously think about how to do it. For example, I have always told myself that I want to develop towards architects in the future, but I don't have a clear concept to define what architects do, what architects need to know, what they are proficient in, and what they care about, and customize the plan for these knowledge that needs to be learned. I think these are what I need to do next.
It has been two years since I graduated from this year. It is really difficult to tell myself where to improve my skills in the programmer industry in the past two years. The tragic doll was mentioned as a trainee project manager in less than a year at the company. She was mentioned as a project manager in less than two years and started to take projects in less than one year, A small team of two or three developers and five or six developers develop projects all day. Since the ducks have been shelved to the trainee Project Manager position, the whole day has been wasted on project management. What project weekly report, various emails, and then communication with various people, the tragedy of their own have no time to knock on the code, so now back to look back as if the technology did not find anything more than before Nb, then there was a huge failure in project management.
The new plan takes another two years to make itself an architecture rough.
