Workaround deleted/etc/pacman.d/gnupg/, because there are too many things under the folder, do not rest assured, move to the backup directory
sudo mv/etc/pacman.d/gnupg//etc/pacman.d/gnupg.bk/
If you install again this time, you will get an error saying:
Warning:public keyring not found; Have you run ' pacman-key--init '?
Downloading required keys ...
Error:key "Fc1b547c8d8172c8" could not being looked up remotely
Error:required key missing from keyring
Error:failed to commit transaction (unexpected error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
Need to update Pacman key
pacman-key --initpacman-key --populate archlinux
If it doesn't work, turn off the calibration.
sudo vim/etc/pacman.conf
Set the siglevel inside to never.
