Installation

Mac version of Android Studio installation is really nothing to say, drag the app into the application folder. It's easier than the Windows version. My dmg file was deleted, so this picture is from the Internet, but the installation is the same.

JDK is the official download, remember the need to have an account login, this self-clothed.

Android SDK:

Configuration

A. Set up Android Studio before starting

Don't worry about starting Android studio, first find the Android Studio app in the application folder, and right-click on "Show Package content". Find bin folder, directory structure 3 platforms are the same, open the Idea.properties file, add Disable.android.first.run=true on the last line. Otherwise the first boot after the installation is completed will first display the fetching Android SDK component information, wait a while at setup wizard-downloading The components interface starts downloading the Andorid SDK because of the wall, so it will wait a long time, and finally the download fails.

B. Set up the SDK

After editing, you can start Android Studio, the first time you start the wizard interface, but found that start a new Android Studio project is not moving, because the SDK has not been configured for Android.

In the wizard interface, select

"Configure"--"project Defaults"--Project Structure "

Then locate the Android SDK location in the dialog box that pops up the SDK path for the default project, and select it.

C, set Gradle

If you can tolerate it, Android Studio will download it automatically without FQ. Is the speed is a bit slow. You can also download it directly to the official website and modify it in the configuration. Android Studio downloads and official versions differ in that there are no documents.
