The cluster startup sequence is divided into four stages. Most cluster startup problems occur in the second stage. When cluster problems occur, you can find the corresponding logs according to the cluster startup sequence. log records most of the Cluster's important logs. You can also locate the logs by checking the file first:
Location of the LISTENER log file:

ASM Log File Location:

Logs in the asm XML format under the/diag/asm/+ ASM // alert directory file can be cleared when space is insufficient.
Logs in the asm TXT format under the/diag/asm/+ ASM // trace directory file can be cleared if space is insufficient.
Database audit files:
/Admin // adump, which can be cleared when space is insufficient.
ASM audit file:
/Rdbms/audit, which can be cleared when space is insufficient.
ORACLE adrci tool:
The adrci tool automatically deletes some logs. You can use show control to view the automatic deletion policy or use purge to manually delete logs.
