I. Development
Strictly speaking, I only have 8 months of Android development age and have a hard time forcing Android Developers to live: Go home and continue Coding after completing the company's tasks, it took about two months to complete the first APP.
The first APP is a very loving note-taking tool. Although it is not as good as Evernote, it is closer to my own life. Unfortunately, the user is not close to my life, so this APP quickly died. In the company, there is a dedicated product manager to help us develop products. For individual developers, it is also a part-time product manager.
The first failure didn't let me give up. I used three months of spare time to develop a joke collection APP. This idea has always existed, because I can always find the most interesting joke content through the Internet. This APP has been welcomed by many users and has been well received in the market.
There are a lot of joke apps on the market, that is to say, I have a lot of competitors, and it is quite difficult for me to get a place.
 
Summarize important experiences:
1. The content is king. For individual developers, apps without content are hard to survive, and games are also content.
2. Focus on making an APP.
3. Learn to give up as appropriate, otherwise it will waste a lot of energy.
 
Ii. Users

How to get users? There is only one way: promotion!
After three months of promotion, there are basically 600 new users every day. Due to the large number of work at the end of the year, the APP stopped updating the version two months ago and only maintained updates to joke content. I am very satisfied with the number of new users at this level.
 
I am concerned about the number of started users. For an APP with joke content, the use time is certainly not as long as the reading tool, and it is basically used in fragment time. My APP shows that the user activity must be the number of started users. At present, I am satisfied with the average number of active users over 4000.
 
 
The most exciting thing about users is that all APP user data indicators are among the top 20% of all applications and similar applications. This shows that my APP is a little outstanding. However, after carefully studying the average data of similar applications and the average data of all applications, we found that there was still a long way to go before my APP was successful.

Iii. Income

Individual developers rely on advertising revenue. My APP used Banner ads from the very beginning, and then changed to Banner ads (partial) + integral wall ads. Due to data statistics and other reasons, the advertising platform currently requires that the application cannot be embedded into the integral walls of multiple platforms.
At the beginning, old users used to use free + Banner advertising apps, but new users would accept integral wall ads. So I persuaded old users to use credit points for Banner advertising at the beginning. Later, almost all users were used to using the integral wall advertisement, and my advertising revenue was also maintained at 200 RMB/day, of which more than 80% came from the integral wall.

Although no versions have been updated recently, the revenue of point wall ADS has not declined. I think my points are set reasonably so that users can continue to consume points.
Every 160 yuan of revenue/4000 start-up users, that is to say, each user brings me 0.04 yuan. I think it would be a great number to bring 0.5 yuan to every user. As long as you can make better use of the integral wall advertising, from 0.04 to 0.5 may really be possible, I am very much looking forward.

 

Another fact must be known to many developers. Individual developers, enterprise developers, and applications that have worked hard to develop may be used by hackers to package the app, once the APP on the market is sold, cracked, and packaged twice, it is estimated that it will be very difficult to make money ...... Here, we firmly complain about the boycott of the package party. Of course, my personal abilities are limited. We suggest using some security protection platforms, such as encryption, how can a person treat a bunch of people or a bunch of people? It depends on how you choose it!
