When using PDM (Programming Development Manager), you may encounter screen scrolling, font case, step size for modifying row numbers, full screen display, and other issues. Here are some tips.
Solution 1. Modify the screen scrolling attribute.
Open the source file with PDM, press the function key f13 (SHIFT + F1), and the screen "Change session ults" is displayed"
Enter the value to be modified at the parameter amount to roll. The following lists the parameter explanations for all amount to roll:
H = half-> press the pgup or pgdn key, and the screen will scroll for half a page.
F = Full-> press the pgup or pgdn key to scroll the entire page.
C = cursor-> press the pgup, pgdn key, F19, and F20, and the screen will scroll at the cursor position.
D = data-> press pgup, pgdn, F19, and F20 to scroll the screen at the data position.
1-999-> press pgup, pgdn, F19, and F20 to scroll the screen according to the selected value. For example, if this value is 10, repeat 10 rows at a time.
2. Modify the font case input mode.
By default, PDM can only be input in upper case, but sometimes lower case characters are required. You can press f13 to enter "Change session ults"
Image. Modify the "uppercase input only" parameter to N, that is, the case is allowed.
3. Modify the step of the row sequence number
Step for adding the row sequence number at the position of "increment of insert record.
For example:
Increment of insert record... -- 2.00 -- 0.01-999.99

4. Full Screen Display
Enter "Y" in "Full Screen mode", and the PDM editing screen is displayed in full screen mode.
