I configured the PHP development environment to be phpdesigner8.1+xampps, and then enabled localhost in localhost to have an error:

Error, one thing is the key is the configuration file \\?\e:\program files\sql server\inetpub\wwwroot\web.config This file directory in My computer is ever there, when I was installed SQL Server 2005, But then it was erased, so I was wondering, begging for help.

Now it is parsed by IIS, if you want Apache to parse, configure a port that is different from IIS for Apache, or stop IIS and then access it.

I have configured a port of 8081
But it doesn't work.
