Asp.net program packaged With InstallShield

Now we need to package an Asp.net Program, The specific requirements are as follows:
1. dynamically create a web virtual directory or web site and save it to the fields related to the web. config file.
2. dynamically create an FTP directory and save it to the fields related to the Web. config file.
3. dynamically create a database connection type SQL or Oracle, establish a connection string for the SQL, and encrypt it, implement it using the C # method, and save it to the fields related to the Web. config file.
