Asp.net prompts that Createobject ("Excel. Application") cannot create ActiveX Control

This problem occurs because the Asp.net runtime user lacks permissions. Follow these steps to modify the permissions.

Step 1:

1. Open "Control Panel", "Management Tools", and "component service"

2. Expand in sequence, "computer", "my computer", and "DCOM configuration"

3. Right-click "Microsoft Excel application" and select "properties"

4. [security] Enable and activate custom permissions. Click "edit" to add everyone users and grant all permissions;

[ID] Select "Interactive User"

5. Complete
