Create | server | Shortcuts wshshell.createshortcut
The CreateShortcut method creates a Wshshortcut object and returns it. If the shortcut title ends with a. URL, the Wshurlshortcut object is created.

Grammar
Wshshell.createshortcut (strpathname) = Objshortcut
