Attach Source in eclipse

In eclipse, it is sometimes necessary to view the declaration and definition of the source code for classes, methods, and variables.

But when F3 looks at some of the source code for classes, methods, and variables declared/defined in the JDK library, Eclipse gives you the corresponding. class file (bytecode), because Eclipse has not loaded/associated the corresponding JDK library source files.

At this point you can click the "Attach Source" button that appears when Eclipse opens the. class file, and then compress the source files of the JDK library (typically a "src.zip" file in the root directory of the JDK installation ) ) into Eclipse.

Other third-party Java plug-in source code files are loaded in a similar way.
