Today, I tried intellij idea of jetbrains. Really good. The software runs much faster than eclipse. You can download it from the jetbrains Website: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/.currently, intellij idea community edition 10.5 is the latest version. This version is free of charge. It is sufficient for Android application development. Of course, idea has many optional platforms, including windows, Linux, and Mac.

It is worth mentioning that its Smart prompt response speed is much faster than that of Eclipse. Eclipse sometimes appears and is suspended (JDK version problems ).
