Using a DOS process to open a service

Set the Account property of the ServiceProcessInstaller1 control to "LocalSystem"
Set the StartType property of the ServiceInstaller1 control to "Automatic"

Add the installer on the server, and in the Projectinstaller_afterinstall (object sender, Installeventargs e) event, add the code
