We like a translation of the user's needs and requirements to the computer to listen to, and then the computer feedback to translate to the customer, which requires us to have strong communication skills. Different circles have different communication habits and writing habits, we want to make our products more in line with the user's habits. For this programmer, pre-preparation is essential, although the customer will provide some information, data and related documents, but we still have to search through the network of the company's basic information and language habits, although this is not required by the customer, but we have the obligation to make our products more suitable for users, not only to meet customer needs , but also to anticipate the features that users may need to implement and the issues that arise, and to provide customers with some recommendations that are available professionally. Let the customer appreciate our sincerity. And as far as possible to meet the needs of customers, because customers do not understand the programming language is not necessarily UML, so the programmer's communication ability is very important, a team does not need everyone programming, but certainly everyone can communicate with others. Only in this way can we really understand what the customer needs, what we want to do, and what features the product will achieve.
