If the small partner is a programmer, we can not avoid the axure this software handshake, but when a project needs to work together, you need to use the functionality of project sharing. Similar to our SVN, think of the computer room cooperation, every morning to 427 of us, open the computer, start a new day of work, first of all, we download the latest project team code from the server; second, go to your branch, work, Submit code once every one hours to the server's own branch (many people have this habit.) Because sometimes you change the code to change, and finally want to revert to the first one hours of the version, or look at the first one hours of the code you have modified, you need to do so. Finally, when the 10:30 Bell falls on this beautiful night, we need to merge our branches into the main branch of the server, and the day's work is done and reflected to the server.

Step Two, If you need to edit a shared project, you must turn the page from blue to green by checking the page out. A single page can be checked out to a page in the right-click Site Map, clicking on the team that checked out or clicked the menu, and then clicking "Check out All"
Check out all:
The third step, when checked out, is visible, all pages within the Sitemap become green, which is equivalent to all pages being migrated locally, which you can edit. But please note that the small partners need to be aware that you cannot check out this page when you have a small partner who is editing a page.
Fourth, when you are done editing, you need to submit your changes, i.e. click "Check in all" so that your partner can see what you have changed by updating the project. At this point all the pages become blue, which is not editable.
After check-in, the following status occurs:
