Document Management (documents)

The opening chapter is about document management. Document management seems simple, but this is from the operational function, and I am talking about the function of the time, I want to understand the document management.

Axure RP's Sitemap, similar to the tree directory of Windows, builds page relationships in a parent-child relationship, each page can be either a page of pages or a flowchart flow.

First, tool function bar

1. Add a child page: Create a subpage for the selected page.
2. Page UP: In a page of the same level, move the selected page up and down one position.
3. Page DOWN: In a page of the same level, move the selected page up and down one position.
4. Page Descending: Moves the selected page rank in descending order, as a child of the page arranged above the selected page in the original rank.
5. Page Ascending: Moves the selected page rank in ascending order, with the page rank of the selected page ascending to the same level as the parent page.
6. Delete page: Deletes the selected page and deletes its child pages.
7. Edit page: Opens the selected page in the workspace for editing.

Two, right-add to the mouse right click on the file Display command, below.

1. Add a subpage: Same, 1. (represents and the first big point, the 1th small point function is same, below this)
2. Adds a page of the same rank on top of the selected page.
3. Adds a page of the same rank below the selected page.

Three, right Key-move

1. Page move Up: Same, 2.
2. Page Move Down: Same, 3.
3. Page descending: Same, 4.
4. Page Ascending: Same, 5.
