5 Configuring RD Gateway and RD Licensing Properties

Select Remote Desktop Services in Server Manager, preview, click on the task on the right, select Configure deployment

Remove Bypass RD Gateway server for local address in RD Gateway

Open server Manager, Remote Desktop Services, collections, create a session collector

5.2 Installing Desktop experience and audio services auto-start in rdsh

Login to RDSH, open Server Manager, select Open Computer Management at tools, select Service, right click on Windows Audio Service, modify to auto, start service, click OK.

In Server Manager, select Manage, add roles and features

Go to the feature page by default, tap the user interface and infrastructure, tick the desktop experience

Complete the installation and restart.

5.3 Add adds and RDCB to RDGW rap (Resource Authorization policies)

(Note: This step is only required if you are deploying adds with RDCB on the same server)

Log in to RDGW, select tools in Server Manager, select Terminal Services, open Remote Desktop Management Manager (RD Gateway Manager), expand local server, expand policies

Right-click the resource authorization policy, create a new policy, select the custom

Enter the policy name in user groups to add the Users group Domain users

On the network resource, tick select an existing rdgw-managed group or create a new

Complete the RDS deployment.

6 Configuring Internet Access Links

The above completed the deployment of RDS in Azure, but the current Internet users are still inaccessible, we need to open the Azure open port and download the certificate.

Go to Azure Portal, select the virtual machine, select the virtual machine where Rdweb and RDGW are located, select the endpoint, add the standalone endpoint TCP 443 and UDP 3391

7 Testing

Download the certificate to the client, install to the trusted root certificate, then open the browser and enter the domain name/rdweb test.

Enter user name and password to log in
