Baidu does not authorize the use of the map API, may be because you provide the key is not a valid Baidu lbs open Platform key, or this key does not apply to the Baidu map Javascriptapi authorization. Workaround:

When you call Baidu maps, you need to provide access to the application (AK). For personal testing, you can login to the Baidu Development Platform (http://lbsyun.baidu.com/), register the personal development version of the account. Then create a "browser-side" app (pictured below), tick the appropriate service, set the whitelist, and when created, see the AK Key. (General error, Basic is the following several not set up good)
