Fourth article other

1. This Agreement shall be applicable to the mainland law of PRC. Because the Baidu wallet and the user regarding this Agreement's signing, the performance or the explanation dispute, the two sides should strive for the friendly consultation settlement. If not negotiated, Baidu Wallet and user consent by Baidu Wallet Residence court jurisdiction to hear disputes or disputes between the two sides.
