Some may ask why bare metal recovery should be selected for the backup type, so simply selecting disk C as the backup cannot be restored to other servers?

In fact, the backup of disk C does not mean that it cannot be restored to other servers, but we all know that the system is running during Backup, when you back up the C drive, some files are being occupied and you are not allowed to lock it and stop the backup. However, bare metal backup is different. After the bare metal is restored, the background will use a shadow copy for backup. Some files in use will be copied for backup to ensure the integrity of the backup, therefore, we can consider bare metal recovery as an interface for providing complete backup!
