We can see that in order to achieve a better character, RAID 5 allows a maximum of 8 disks in A group. If you set 9 disks, it will be split into two RAID 5 groups.

 

Here we use a group of 5 + + 1 and a hot spare part. It is also the recommended configuration of the system.

In this actual production configuration, we need to create two RAID groups and allocate them to two pools respectively.

Therefore, we cannot automatically complete two RAID groups at a time. We need to configure them one by one.

Create a volume on the pool. Currently, you only need to create two volumes, 300 GB + 1500 GB.

 

Map volumes to hosts
