Casting part

Casting Classification

Melt Casting/wax loss CastingThis processing method has high continuity and accuracy, and can also be used to process complex shapes. It is suitable for mass production and can achieve perfect surface effects at relatively low processing costs.

Different metal powders can be used to fill different parts of the mold.

Solid Forming Processing

Solid FormingThe raw materials used are metal strips, slices, and other solid shapes that can be shaped at normal temperature. Labor-intensive production. Processing costs can be relatively low.

Solid Forming Processing Classification
SpinningA common processing method for producing circular symmetric parts, such as plates, cups, and cones. During processing, the high-speed rotating metal plate is pushed close to the same to tell the rotation, the model on the fixed lathe, in order to obtain a preset shape. This process is suitable for various batch production forms.
BendingA economical production process for processing slice, rod and tubular materials of any form.
