Batch cannot be automatically imported into the receiving Batch. Problem: When mb1b is used for batch dumping, the receiving Batch cannot automatically bring out the recommended batch, and the prompt is: automatic batch number allocation is not active or/automatic batch number allocation is inactive or not allowed

Diagnosis

Automatic batch number allocation was either not activated or is not allowed for movement type 311.

Procedure

Check the following customizing settings:

• Activating batch number allocation(Tcode: omcz)
• Controlling the initial creation of a batch in goods movement(Tcode: sm30: v_156_cn)
