Batch Modify file permissions in Windows 7

Previously, I set a folder to hide. After I reinstall the system, I found that I did not have the permission to modify the folder and could not be accessed or modified. I had to modify the permissions one by one.
Then I searched for the solution on the Internet as follows:
In the attachment-> command prompt-> right-click-> Run as Administrator
Enter the location of the file you want to modify, and then enter the following two Commands
Takeown/f */A/R
Icacls */t/grant: r everyone: f
Then you can modify the folder and file content.
