But in general, this turtle's ass restricts the use of many short-term retail investors. Rise/fall = (closing price of the current day-closing price of the previous trading day)/closing price of the previous trading day * 100%
Generally, the transaction will stop on that day when the Increase (decrease) is 10%. The shares of ST and PT are 5%, and the warrants are 55%.
Iv. Warrants
Note: This is the killer of Tom. We recommend that you do not touch all Tom and cainiao.
A warrant is a proof of rights. As a small white, we only need to know the following (I do not know other ):
Several important attributes of a warrant: Issuance Date, duration, type of the warrant, exercise price, exercise right date, transaction end date, and exercise right proportion.
Secondary attributes: release quantity, row settlement method, and release price.
The types of warrants are divided into the warrants and the warrants. The meaning is that on the exercise day, you have the right to sell (the warrants) or buy (the warrants) the corresponding number of positive shares at the exercise price. The category is also divided into European, American, and large-scale, that is, whether the permission can be performed before the exercise date. Generally, the publishing in China is European, that is, the permission can only be performed on the exercise day. Therefore, if the exercise price of a warrant is much higher than the current stock price, it will basically fall below 1 point before the conclusion of the warrant trading day; if the spot price is much lower than the current stock price, the spot price will also drop below 1 point. These useless warrants are priced at less than 1 yuan in the weeks approaching the trading day, and become the target of many small items ...... there was a buddy in the group who had bought the warrants at a price of more than 1 cent on the day before the final day of the Baotou Steel auction. Fortunately, we found it early and sold the meat and stopped the loss. The closing price is 6 pct...
In addition, the increase and fall of warrants are high, lack of regularity, and risks are high. In short, the experts in the Group basically do not touch the warrants, and the Chinese cabbage and birds should be farther away.
V. St PT
St, short for special treatment, is a type of stock that has suffered losses for more than two years in a row or has abnormal operations. In short, this type of stock is dangerous and may be suspended or even withdrawn from the market. The continuous loss of more than three years has become a more serious PT, PT shares can only be traded on Friday. St and PT are in danger of being withdrawn from the market, so the price is low. If the trend is low, we should also avoid such stocks. Of course, there are exceptions. For example, in the second and second months of this year, many st continue to rise and stop. However, cainiao does not recommend that you do not easily touch on the security of the funds of the young people.
6. low-price stocks
When a lot of Tom entered the stock market, he always focused on stocks with lower double digits. This spirit of risk reduction is good. However, most of these low-price stocks are St, PT, warrants, and many small and white people make mistakes here. In addition, other low-price stocks are generally low-performance stocks (the company's performance is poor, it has become st for several years) or large-disk stocks (the amount of stock in circulation is particularly large), with little room for improvement, in addition, the costs of purchasing low-price stocks (see later) are higher than those of high-price stocks. Therefore, you do not have to stick to low-price stocks.
VII. Transaction costs
In addition to cash delivery of ordinary stocks, stamp duty (about 4‰) and account transfer fees (about 3‰ of the total number of stocks varies with different securities dealers, less than one thousand shares are calculated as 1 RMB ). Therefore, the transaction cost of low-price stocks is higher than that of high-price stocks. The selling price of 500 shares of around 15 yuan is generally 1% higher than your purchase price to avoid losing money. Low-price shares are more likely to increase. Therefore, if the funds are too small, it is recommended that you do not operate on the disk only, otherwise it will help the securities dealers to work.
VIII. Sales
Our retail investors generally use the price limit Commission and market price commission. A price limit Commission requires someone to buy or sell a stock at the price you enter before you can sell or buy a stock. The market price commission refers to the current pending orders on the market. For example, if you sell 1000 bits at the market price, the buyer's highest bid is 5.2 to buy 500 shares, you sell 5.20 at a price of 500, and then the second highest price is 5.19 to buy 1000 shares, so you sell the remaining 5.19 shares at a price of 500.
9. Market Trading Software
