What is a standing meeting?
Standalone meeting is one of the technologies related to Scrum in Agile Software Development methodology. It can also be called the best practice of Scrum. The specific form is the same time every day. All members of an agile development team stand together face to face for a period of 15 ~ A 20-minute short meeting. At the meeting, everyone should answer the following three questions in sequence:
1) from the last standing meeting to the present, what have you done?
2) from now till the next Standing Meeting, what will you do?
3) What are your obstacles and how can someone else help you?
What is the significance and role of a standing meeting?

Experience in standing meetings
- You can change the answer to the first question to show the team the functions that have been completed, so that the team members can truly understand the definition of "done" and strive to achieve real "done ";
- Avoid extending the scope of the Standing Meeting, such as discussing technical details, communicating and clarifying requirements, and other issues should not be solved by the Standing Meeting;
- Be sure to maintain the meeting rules. Do not be late or delayed, or change to sit and open;
