In view of the problems existing in the development process of the previous period, our group has discussed the following questions in the course and in the course of the class:

First, on the project side. Project initial requirements analysis, functional design is not comprehensive, the project is not in place, the details of the function is relatively vague, the whole project is to change the initial idea of the foundation to achieve.

Then there is the institutional aspect. Although there is a certain system, but not strictly in accordance with the implementation of the system, so that the team in the development of the project is not highly motivated. Although the basic ability to complete certain functions on time, but not all according to the daily Sprint progress performed.

Finally, there is the communication aspect between team members. We are roughly divided into a few pieces of the project, assigned to each person, each to achieve, to the final integration. The implementation of the module is not when the team members to achieve their respective tasks, but dispersed, so that in the development process, the lack of communication between team members, lack of communication.

So we need to improve the three problems are: in the early stages of the project functional requirements are clear, and as expected to achieve, the system must have, and strictly in accordance with the implementation of the system; Team members communicate with each other and develop each functional module together.
