Beyond Compare is a handy contrast file and Comparison folder tool, programming prerequisite software, we in use, may need to compare two Excel tables to see whether the correction of data, the following is a brief introduction to the Beyond Compare table Session menu.
First, open the Beyond Compare software, select table comparisons in the new session, and open the table comparison session interface. Click the "Folder Browsing" button on both sides of the page to open the Excel table you want to compare.
Menu Introduction:
Menu-Session: Session menu includes new sessions, opening, saving, save as, clearing sessions, session settings, exchanging sides, overloaded files, comparing files, tabular comparison reports, and information. Click on the session settings, you can set a simple comparison rules, saved can be used in the table to be compared.
Menu--"Files": the basic contents of the menu options in the file include: Open the file, open the Clipboard, select Open, File save, and resource manager.
Menu-"Search": The Search tab is primarily used to view differences and quickly search for relevant information, with tabs that include Top (bottom) diff rows, an edit on (bottom), a lookup, and a lookup (bottom).
Menu--View: In the View tab, click to show all, differences, and the same to see the details of the table that is being compared. In addition, the View tab contents include: Resize, visible blank, line number, page layout, and so on.
Menus--"tools", "Help":
Tools: Options Drop-down menu contains the following actions: Options, file formats, configuration files, source control integration, export settings, import settings, etc.
Help: The Options dropdown menu contains the following actions: Content, context-sensitive help, access to the home page, check updates, technical support, access keys, and about beyond Compare.
